Step Into Greatness

Life is filled with events. These events can be good or bad. The perspective of one person toward an event may not be the same as another person facing a similar event. The difference is often affiliated with someone’s attitude and worldview.

Robert Tew said, “It doesn’t matter what happens to you. What matters is, what are you going to do about it? Are you going to complain and shrink or are you going to step into your greatness?”

We need leaders who step into greatness motivating us to see beyond the present and consider the power of changing lives.

Next Time Leadership

Too often we live life with a mentality of thinking “if only our circumstances were better, our life would be better.”

Imagine the difference if our approach was more next time. What we will do the next time an opportunity presents itself?

If we are waiting for something to accidentally happen so our world will suddenly be positive and successful, we might be waiting for a long time.

However, when we seek opportunities to help others succeed, then our entire worldview changes. The focus turns from an inward “all about me” way of thinking, to a “what I can do to benefit others” perspective.

Purpose-Driven Leaders

The reason for which something is done, created, or for which it exists speaks to purpose.

What is the reason for our leadership?
How is our leadership created?
Why does our leadership exist?

These questions provoke deeper thought when we consider leading others.

The reason for our leadership is the cause of Christ.
We create leadership through learning and experience.
Our leadership exists because God planned, designed, and needs His people to change the world.

The worldview of each individual influences their purpose in life. As Christians, we know that our purpose is to glorify God!
